  Drive thru takes so long you might actually need to call in sick to work just to get your food. Management here is very poor. Girls working in drive thru are absolutely rude. They throw whatever they want to in the take out bag including half open containers that runs out it actually ruins the food and then they refuse to replace it after they ruined it. Honestly id rather go to McDonald's since I know if they screw up they will fix the problem instead of arguing and being rude to me. This is the worst dairy queen in my experience. Most fast food places will try to keep their customers but this one obviously is trying to run themselves into the ground. Don't bother supporting this restaurant because they have made it known they do not want your business.

  Wow love the food, always fresh food, never any waiting, super friendly staff, order is always right, I could talk about it all day wowoowow highly suggest it

  Had the Honey BBQ glazed chicken basket. Chicken was barely room temperature, asked to have it heated. They brought it back a few minutes later without warming it up. Have had similar experiences at this location in the last several visits. They need some management in store on occasion to keep an eye on things. A bunch of kids employed there just for the pay check. I think as long as they're making money everything must be going "great". Think of how much more they could make if they cared.

  I could buy a calf, raise it, butcher it, and make my own burger faster than dairy queen in Winkler can make my order. And then it's still cold.

  We had a banana split and the pineapple was fermented. We told the waitress and she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled ( I don't know what to say ) and left. We approached a different waitress and she offered us something else in its place. We asked for a small sundae and that's what we got. This happened at the Winkler DQ
