  During the day, restaurant seems to be ran nice and smoothly but the night is different.

  10am Coffee Time no School Bus loads of kids on a field trip , no Boat Loads of Pipeliners just a few seniors having coffee.

  Quite unsatisfied with the service and quality of the restaurant. Service can be slow and they may frequently mix up your order or simply make your item incorrectly. Open 24 hours is not realistic as they are often closed during the night because their staff are not always dependable.

  Terrible experience, where do I start!? Ordered crispy chicken burger - got a grilled chicken burger. One employee behind counter kept checking her phone while completing orders and making french fries, even touching her phone and then touching people's food without cleaning her hands. A girl behind counter wearing sweats, sweat shirt and backpack - not sure if she was working, just helping, or getting food for herself. Another employee just standing between tills and order pick up counter throwing a piece of paper over and over. Another employee standing by the drink machine talking with friends, not working at all and didn't look like she cared. Not exactly sure how they get anything done! It's very obvious that they didn't expect a manager or anyone who cares to check in on them.

  Not crazy about the 2 lanes for drive thru.. I think one lane with an extra panel to see before you get to the order window would have been a much better plan.
