  Very unhappy with my most recent experience at this store. My husband bought me a cardigan for my birthday. The cardigan ended up being the wrong size and there was a hole in the back he hadn't noticed. He tried to return the cardigan and it was refused due to being "worn". Having tried on the cardigan once, does not make it "worn". He tried to return the item within 2 weeks after purchase, with the tags and string package that came with it, and original receipt. We would have even been okay with store credit or exchange if a return wasn't an option however the staff did not have any concern for us or the fact that they had sold a cardigan with a hole in it. They did NOTHING to help us even though we have been loyal customers for many years. Very disappointed.

  Prices are a little too high for the quality you get, service is friendly though.

  Very disappointed with the devious employees that lie about the policies. Bad attitudes when returning and good attitudes when selling.

  They have a pretty good variety and almost always have a sale on something. Location is not the best. There are days you can't even park at the store because there are so many other little stores around it. Staff is super friendly though and helpful
