    Dollar Tree is a good company to work for, just not all stores are run by the greatest people. I have had the opportunity to work here and stores in the city and what a difference. The standards in the city are much higher than this little store. Lazy lazy management. Staff stand around and talk more than work. Store is unorganized and cluttered. Not a good place to work if you are new to retail or the work force, you will learn/develop bad habits. Stay away.

    Very unorganized and dirty, extremely unhelpful manager. Would not recommend this store to anyone who has standards.

    Unlike other dollar stores the Dollar Tree chain runs extremely clean stores, friendly staff, and will get something in for you. The winkler location is no exception to these terms!
