  The coaching keeps you coming back! Each of the coaches know how to give you that nudge to keep going, to push passed your comfort zone. I also love working out with both young and old, strong and not so strong. You really feed off of the class atmosphere! I can always find a class for my mixed up schedule. Thanks for all you do, mentally and physically for me!

  The muscle hut has improved my strength, conditioning, and confidence. The programming is great and the coaches are very knowledgeable and can adapt workouts for injuries that you can still get the best out of the workout and not miss exercise. I've been going for 3 years and I still have the motivation to workout 4 to 5 times a week consistently.

  Started coming here a few weeks ago. Great environment, and the full body workouts are awesome, improving strength and endurance at the same time. It was a really nice change for me coming from a solely weight routine plan. I recommend this to anyone looking to change routine in their workout, targeting different muscles, and burning fat at the same time.

  I started coming to the Muscle Hut to help me get back into shape after having 2 kids. I absolutely love it. The staff are welcoming, extremely encouraging, and not once have I felt judged for my skill level. If you need something modified, they help you modify it.

  The Muscle Hut is a fitness facility unlike any other! The highest quality coaches, training, environment and overall team atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back. Add the other members into the mix and you have one big family. I have learned so much in my time coming here and my overall health & fitness has seen a huge improvement.
