    This place needs a new manager. The hours online are wrong on google and on their website. They are always out of something and staff are a bit strange. Every time that I edit the listing on Google it gets change back. Very disappointed with this place.

    I was apprehensive considering the reviews but my experience was excellent. I needed a package overnighted to BC and it was absolutely necessary for it to arrive the next day. The staff was kind, helpful and reassuring. The place was really quiet and could use some music to fill the void but other than that, it was great. As for UPS and it's costs that's another story but that has nothing to do with the store...it actually ended up being cheaper in store than the online quote so that was a bonus.

    Terrible service, the hours Are terrible and online hours aren't right make sure you call before you go out of the way to stop by. Very frustrating. UPS is definitely nothing I'd recommend they lost my package.

    Apparently they not open at all on Saturday despite what the hours on line and on there door says.

    So apparently they close before 4:30 even though their hours state otherwise. Terrible management and staff dont care about customers. Definitely would never recommend UPS to anyone.
